Being on the Executive Board in Alpha Phi allows our sisters to gain invaluable experience in the world of leadership and many other skills that they can carry with them into their future careers. Kappa Lambda offers the opportunity to join the Executive Board to make a difference in the chapter and in our communities, as well as the opportunity to get involved through director positions that fall under each department lead by a Vice President on the Executive Board. LEADERSHIP in and out of ALPHA PHI

Alpha Phi offers a variety of leadership positions that our chapter members can run for. In addition to the elected Executive Board positions, members can be appointed into director positions which help to complete each department. Outside of Alpha Phi, our sisters are leaders and involved in a variety of clubs, internships, creative, academic, athletic, and community service endeavors.

A few examples of these include: Gamma Iota Sigma (Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science Collegiate Fraternity), Campus Activities Team, Marketing Club, SWAG (Supporting Women in Audio Group), CU Denver Cheer Team, Denver Lynx Radio, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, EDGE (Everyday Geographical Experiences), SACNAS (The Society for the Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science), Society of Women Engineers, SkiUDenver, Student Government, Psi Chi Honor Society, and Biology Club.
